Tramar Lacel Dillard, known
professionally as Flo Rida, is an American rapper, singer writer, songwriter
and composer from Carol City, Florida. The breakout hit single from 2008
"Low" was the number one hit for 10 weeks in United States and broke
the record for the sales of digital downloads at the time when it was released.
The debut album of Flo Rida, 2008's Mail on Sunday reached number four in
America. The album was followed by R.O.O.T.S., the next year. The following
albums, 2010's Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild Ones, also charted on the
US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida's worldwide sales of more than 80 million
records make him one of the most successful artists in the music industry. His
catalogue includes international popular songs "Right Round",
"Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling", "Wild
Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R. ",
"My House" Flo Rida's debut album, Mail on Sunday, was released in
March 2008. The first single "Low" with T-Pain was its first single.
It was also featured on the soundtrack for Step Up 2: The Streets.
"Low" was ranked as No. "Low" was No. 1 on the Billboard
Hot 100 charts. "Elevator" which featured Timbaland and "In the
Ayer" featuring will.i.am, followed by "Roll" with Sean
Kingston. Both charted on the Hot 100 as well. Mail hosted special guests on
Sunday. Timbaland appears on the track, too. He also produced the second
single, "Elevator". Rick Ross and Trey Songz are also on the track.
Lil Wayne performed the song "American Superstar" while Sean Kingston
sang "Roll", co-written by Spitfiya, who is a Compton rapper.
Birdman, Brisco, as and Yung Jock are among the other guest performers. The
fourth single was slated to be "Money Right" with Rick Ross and
Brisco, but it was canceled due the forthcoming release R.O.O.T.S., Flo Rida’s
second studio album. T-Pain's upcoming second collaboration "I Bet"
and his duet with Trina ("Bout It"), did not make it to the final
track list. However the two tracks were recorded.
